Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information from you:

  • Discord ID

When you sign in to our service using Discord, we will receive your Discord ID. This information is necessary for us to identify you across sessions and devices, and to ensure a seamless user experience. However, we will not use this information for any purpose other than to provide our service to you. Once the login flow is complete, we will transition to a user ID specific to our service.

  • Email address

We use your email address to provide important updates about our service, such as new features or changes to our legal documents (Privacy Policy and Terms of Service). We may also use your email address to notify you of security issues, such as if we detect suspicious activity on your account or if there is a breach of our database. Additionally, we may use your email address to respond to your inquiries or support requests. We value your privacy and will not share your email address with third parties, except as required by law.

  • Minecraft account information

When you add an account to our service through Microsoft, we automatically retrieve your Minecraft account information including your Microsoft token, Minecraft token, Minecraft username, and Minecraft UUID. It's important to note that the Microsoft token and the Minecraft token that we retrieve are not the same as your login details. These tokens allow our service to access and use your Minecraft account information for the purposes stated above, but they do not provide us with your actual login credentials or password. This information is necessary for us to provide our service and is solely used to allow you to connect to the Minecraft server of your choice and to identify you when you use our service. We do not collect this information directly from you but rather retrieve it automatically from Microsoft when you log in.

  • Information about the servers you connect to

When you use our service to connect to a Minecraft server, we collect certain information about the server to provide you with the best experience possible. This information includes the server's IP address, port number, server version, and software type. We collect this information solely for the purpose of allowing you to connect to the Minecraft server of your choice and to ensure compatibility with our service.

If you stop using our service to connect to a particular server, we will not retain any information about that server, except for the log data described below. We value your privacy and will not use this information for any purpose other than to provide you with our service.

  • Chat logs from the Minecraft server you connect to

We automatically collect chat logs from the servers that you connect to using our service. This information is used solely for your convenience, allowing you to view server chat across sessions. We do not collect this information directly from you, but rather it is retrieved automatically from the server. Please note that these chat logs are only stored temporarily and will not persist should you choose to connect to a different server.

  • Payment details

We save your payment details through our trusted partner, Stripe, to automate billing and ensure smooth transactions. View Stripe's Privacy Policy for more details on how your payment details are stored.

Log Data

We may collect log data, which can include information such as your IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

We use this data to monitor and analyze the use of our service and to improve and maintain our service.

In addition, we keep logs of communications with the servers that you connect to. These logs include information such as the IP address of the server, the date and time of the connection, and the amount of data transferred. We use these logs for troubleshooting and to improve our service. We do not share this information with third parties unless required to by law.

We understand the importance of keeping our users informed about any updates or changes that may affect their use of our services. To do so, we may use the contact information you provide to reach out to you with important updates, notices, or other relevant information.

We will only use your contact information to reach out to you with important updates. These updates include significant feature additions or changes to our service, as well as changes to our legal documents, such as our privacy policy and terms of service. We may also use your contact information to send important security notices, such as if we detect suspicious activity on your account or if our database is breached. Our goal is to keep you informed of any changes that may affect your use of our service and to ensure that you are always aware of the terms under which you are using our service.
