How do I manage my plan?

You manage your subscription through the dashboard.

Steps

1. Open the dashboard.
2. Open your user menu and go to Billing.
3. Under Quick actions, pick what you need: Update subscription plan to upgrade or downgrade, or Cancel plan to stop renewing.

How billing changes take effect

• Upgrades apply immediately. You only pay the difference between your current plan and the new one for the rest of the billing period, so you're never charged twice for the same days.
• Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. You keep your current tier's features until then, so nothing is interrupted mid-period.
• Cancellations stop the next renewal but leave your access intact until the end of the period you've already paid for.

What happens to your data

Your accounts, server profiles, proxies, and settings are kept if you cancel or downgrade. If you resubscribe later, everything is where you left it, so you can pick up without reconfiguring from scratch. Past invoices are listed at the bottom of the billing page, and Update billing details on that same page is where you change your payment method.
